We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the concerned team members.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate attendance and basic employee-related activities.
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Support the management team with other HR-related activities.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in HR may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Previous experience in BPO recruitment is a plus.
