- Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant employees, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Plan manpower requirements in coordination with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other plant departments.
- Handle attendance, shift management, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Manage contract labour, labour contractors, and related documentation/compliance.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and industrial relations.
- Support employee engagement, welfare activities, communication, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management, training, skill development, and competency programs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
