Fresh De Goa Seafoods LLP is looking for a responsible experienced HR Executive to manage the day-to-day human resource activities at our company.

Key Responsibilities

1.Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.

- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.

3.Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

4.Processing employees leaves (Sick Leaves, Annual Leaves, Emergency Leaves, and Casual Leaves).

5.Processing Resignation, Termination, Promotion, Increase in salary, Transfer and updating in HRM system.

6.Calculation of vacation settlements, gratuity, other adjustments etc.

- Performing performance evaluations and appraisal process.

8.Preparing official letters, memos and email corresponding.

9.Focal point of contact for any Employee relation issues.

- Sourcing of CVs as per the requirements received from the Departments.

11.Handling & monitoring Employees Master data.

12.Preparing tender & Quotation documents for customer.

13.Tracking and monitoring, Employees, QID, Health Certificates, Health Card, Gate pass etc.





14.Employees bank account opening, Bank card renewal.

- Visiting and managing labour accommodation & handling the issues.
- Handle all statutory HR Compliances , including PF , ESI , Labour laws, employee registrations, returns, documentation and coordination with relevant government departments .
- Handle employee joining , documentation and onboarding.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR , Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle HR responsibilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS office/Excel.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing , food processing or seafood industry will be preferred.
