CodeSpyder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Executive Recruitment to join our growing team in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to identify and attract the right talent for technical, academic, sales, and corporate roles.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare appropriate Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and hiring pipeline.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads and management regarding candidate selection.
- Discuss compensation, job responsibilities, company policies, and joining formalities with selected candidates.
- Coordinate the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment-related MIS reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract technical and non-technical talent.
- Support recruitment for positions such as Data Science Trainers, AI/ML Trainers,



Python Developers, Technical Assistants, Business Development Executives, Counsellors, and other organizational roles.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities whenever required.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives conducted by the organization.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Positive knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of Boolean Search will be an added advantage.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on achieving hiring goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 13 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Candidates with experience in IT Recruitment, EdTech,



Training & Development, Technology, Staffing, or Recruitment Consultancy will be preferred.
- Experience in recruiting technical/IT professionals will be an advantage.
