Job Summary

We are looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the growing business at Only Earth. The role will involve employee engagement, recruitment, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and probation confirmation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data is updated accurately.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
- Support PMS, KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Drive employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate POSH, employee welfare, and other HR compliance initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Support policy implementation and continuously improve HR processes.
- Work closely with business and functional teams on manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Assist in building a strong culture aligned with Only Earth's values and business objectives.

Key Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of PMS/KRA/KPI processes.
- Solid MS Excel and HRMS skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.

Educational Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or a growing organization.
