Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruitment HR Executive / Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for healthcare and hospital positions.

The candidate will work on active hiring requirements received from hospitals and healthcare clients and will be responsible for candidate sourcing, calling, screening, shortlisting,



interview coordination, follow-ups, documentation and joining coordination.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of job portals, candidate databases, recruitment platforms and healthcare hiring, along with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

This role is highly target-oriented and requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple requirements simultaneously and consistently deliver qualified candidates to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Foundit, Shine, TimesJobs and other recruitment platforms.
- Search candidate databases and identify suitable profiles as per client requirements.
- Call and screen candidates based on qualification, experience, location, salary and joining availability.
- Explain job opportunities and coordinate candidate interest.
- Shortlist and share relevant resumes with hospital HR/client teams.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, offer letters and joining.
- Collect and verify required candidate documents.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers and daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate with hospital HR teams regarding vacancies, JDs,



interview schedules and candidate status.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong candidate calling and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate database searching.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR processes.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Job Portal Skills Candidate must be comfortable using recruitment platforms such as:

Naukri | Indeed | LinkedIn | Apna | WorkIndia | Foundit | Shine | TimesJobs | Facebook Groups | WhatsApp Groups and other relevant hiring platforms.

The candidate should know how to search databases effectively instead of depending only on job postings.
