Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and perks administration.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements related to human resources.
- Analyze data to track trends in employee engagement, retention rates, and other key performance indicators.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment processes from sourcing to offer extension.
- Proficiency in using HR software systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and time management tools.
