- On-Site Staffing & Rostering: Organize shifts, transport logistics, and grooming guidelines for staff working long hours during setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Payroll & Allowance Tracking: Track attendance, overtime hours, night shift allowances, and daily payouts for temporary workers alongside core team salaries.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to keep our back-office and destination logistics running seamlessly. You will handle travel logistics, maintain vendor databases, manage office and warehouse inventory, and support regulatory compliance for events. Your work will directly enable our planning and design teams to focus on delivering world-class client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel & Hospitality Logistics: Coordinate and book flights, trains, local transport, and hotel accommodations for core execution teams during destination weddings.
- Vendor & Asset Database: Maintain records of trusted vendors (caterers, light/sound providers, decor suppliers, transport fleets) along with updated price lists and contracts.
