Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and welfare activities.

Support retention strategies and employee satisfaction programs.

Maintain positive employee relations across manufacturing and corporate functions.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data.

Manage attendance, leave records, employee confirmations, transfers, and separations.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower MIS.

Support HR audits and documentation requirements.

Performance Management

Coordinate goal setting, performance appraisal, and review processes.

Track employee performance and development plans.

Assist departments in succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Training & Development

Coordinate induction programs and training schedules.

Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.

Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.

Statutory Compliance





Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.

Support maintenance of PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory records.

Coordinate with compliance and legal teams during inspections and audits.

Maintain HR-related documentation as per GMP and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Pharma, API, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries.

Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
