Site & Billing Engineer (Civil) with 2+ years of work experience required in a government contracting organisation based out of Colaba, Mumbai

- Handling multiple PWD/BMC/government civil maintenance sites including manpower, progress, quality & safety monitoring
- Maintaining measurement books (MB), site registers, material records, POR and all site documentation
- Preparing RA Bills and Final Bills with accurate measurements and ensuring timely approvals
- Preparing civil estimates, BOQs and supporting tender evaluation , EMD submissions, pricing and bidding
- Assisting in understanding and modifying basic drawings as per site requirements
- Coordinating with PWD/CPWD/Military/government officials for inspections, approvals and billing follow-ups




- Executing building repair and maintenance works such as plastering, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, carpentry and painting
- Conducting joint measurements and presenting work status to engineers and authorities
- Managing vendor coordination, quotations, billing and material reconciliation across sites
