## Role Description

This is a full time, on-site HR Consultant role based in Kozhikode. The HR Consultant will guide healthcare and other professionals through career planning, licensing pathways, and job opportunities, aligning their goals with global healthcare market requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consulting sessions, assessing career interests and skills,



and helping individuals create structured career development plans.

The role involves supporting students and early-career professionals, providing information on training programs and certifications, and maintaining accurate records of consulting activities. The HR Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive up-to-date information on licensing procedures, and will contribute to workshops, seminars, and outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of career options and licensing processes.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Consulting and Career Development to support individuals in planning and progressing in their professional journeys.

Candidates should possess skills in Career Management to help individuals navigate career transitions and long-term growth strategies.

Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills to guide students and early-career professionals on education, training, and job pathways.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for conducting consulting sessions, delivering presentations, and collaborating with teams.

- * Prior experience in career consulting, academic advising, or talent development, preferably in healthcare or international recruitment, is an advantage.
