We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Compliance & Employee Relations Officer to manage statutory compliance, employee relations and day-to-day HR discipline matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PF & ESI related activities and statutory records.
- Handle Labour Department compliance, notices and government inspections.
- Coordinate with government departments and officials for compliance-related matters.
- Handle staff and student complaints and grievances.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality and leave management.
- Maintain proper employee records and compliance documentation.
- Handle disciplinary actions, including warnings, show-cause notices and related documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up on HR and labour compliance matters.
- Support HR audits,
inspections and other statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR compliance, labour compliance or employee relations.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI and Labour Department procedures.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in PF & ESI, labour law compliance, government inspections, employee grievances and disciplinary procedures will be preferred.
