Roles and Responsibility

- Oversee daily housekeeping activities, including room inspections and staff supervision.

- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

- Manage and train housekeeping staff to ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies usage, inventory management, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
