About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage housekeeping operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest comfort, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest areas, public areas, staff accommodation, and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special housekeeping requests professionally.
- Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely procurement.
- Develop and implement SOPs, cleaning schedules, and checklists.
- Train and motivate housekeeping teams on service standards, grooming, and safety.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare housekeeping reports and support cost-control initiatives.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Certification in Housekeeping Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements – Mandatory

- 5–8 years of relevant housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality properties.
- Candidates must have relevant experience with Taj Hotels or The Oberoi Group.
- Candidates from other hotel groups will not be considered.
- Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory housekeeping role is preferred.
