Role Description The Hotel Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and outstanding guest experiences. This role includes supervising front office and housekeeping activities, coordinating with food and beverage teams, and monitoring standards across guest services.

The Hotel Operations

Manager will manage staff schedules, support training initiatives, and resolve operational issues promptly. The role also involves tracking performance metrics,



overseeing budgets and cost controls, and implementing service improvements to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including coordination of multiple departments and oversight of daily hotel activities.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and external partners.
- Experience in Training staff, coaching teams, and supporting continuous service improvement.
- Previous hotel or resort management experience, preferably in boutique or luxury properties.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
