Job Responsibilities:-

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and control operating costs.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and hotel revenue.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to increase bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security standards are maintained.
- Check rooms and public areas regularly for quality standards.




- Manage hotel supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct staff meetings and communicate operational updates.
- Coordinate maintenance and promptly address facility issues.
- Develop procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
- Build positive relationships with guests, employees, suppliers, and business partners.
- Take responsibility for the overall profitability and performance of the hotel.
