Hotel Iris Boutique is looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee our day-to-day hotel operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Job Summary The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, and supporting the hotel's revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Manage and motivate hotel staff, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other operational teams.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and hotel presentation.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor check-ins, check-outs, room status, occupancy, and guest requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure hotel facilities are properly maintained.
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational costs.
- Support sales and marketing activities to increase occupancy and hotel revenue.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and local businesses.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures,



and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to the Owner/General Manager.
- Take a hands-on approach to solving day-to-day operational issues.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or hotel operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial hotel role preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of hotel revenue, cost control, and inventory management.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management/PMS systems.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
