- Assist in managing hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance Learn and understand the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints as needed Assist in hiring, training and supervising staff Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets Attend meetings and training sessions as required Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management team
