Salary Package

- Freshers Up to 25,000 CTC
- Experienced Up to 40,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Update customer information in CRM/system
- Follow company process and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Age below 36 years
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
