· Overseeing hostel administration, room allocation, maintenance, and overall security.
· Enforcing rules, maintaining records of inmate entry/exit, conducting room checks, and reporting misbehavior to authorities.
· Acting as a guardian and mentor, ensuring a healthy setting, providing emotional support, and facilitating medical attention if needed.
· Supervising food quality, cleanliness (hygiene), and the dining hall, along with coordinating with the mess staff.
· Communicating with parents regarding student behaviour and performance, and reporting to management/higher authorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
