Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role based at Red Rhino Brewing Co. in Hyderabad. The Hostess is responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth flow in the dining and bar areas. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, answering phone inquiries, maintaining accurate guest information, and providing clear information about menus, specials, and events.

The role also involves supporting the serving and bar teams with guest communication, maintaining a clean and organized host stand,



and resolving basic guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism. The Hostess works closely with management and the front-of-house team to deliver an engaging and welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette for handling guest inquiries and coordination.
- Candidates should possess Reservations management skills, including organizing waitlists and seating plans efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational and time-management skills to support smooth front-of-house operations.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant host/hostess roles is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with diverse team members.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
