Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct detailed patient consultations and case-taking.

Diagnose and evaluate patient conditions based on homeopathic principles.

Prescribe appropriate homeopathic medicines and treatment protocols.

Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups.

Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records.

Ensure compliance with all medical, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

Educate patients regarding treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and expected outcomes.

Address patient concerns and provide ongoing medical guidance.

Patient Counseling & Conversion Responsibilities

Explain treatment programs, duration, benefits, and expected results to patients.

Counsel prospective patients regarding suitable treatment packages and services.

Assist patients in understanding clinic offerings and treatment plans.

Support conversion of consultations into enrolled treatment programs through effective counseling.





Build trust and long-term relationships with patients to improve retention.

Encourage treatment adherence and follow-up compliance.

Business Development Responsibilities

Achieve assigned consultation-to-enrolment conversion targets.

Support clinic revenue growth through ethical patient counseling.

Promote renewal and continuation of treatment programs where medically appropriate.

Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, health camps, webinars, and awareness programs.

Generate referrals through patient satisfaction and relationship management.

Coordinate with front-office and sales teams to improve patient experience and conversions.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain consultation records and documentation.

Submit required clinical and operational reports.

Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and quality standards.

Participate in training and continuous career development programs.
