Job Summary: ​We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Patient Caretakers / Home Health Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes, assisting them with daily activities, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities: ​Daily Care & Hygiene: Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene. ​Medication Management: Ensure timely administration of medicines as prescribed by doctors. ​Mobility Support: Assist patients with moving around, changing positions, and safe transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair). ​Dietary Support: Meal planning, preparation, and assisting with feeding. ​Companionship: Spend quality time with elderly patients and provide emotional support. ​Health Monitoring: Track and report basic vitals like BP, temperature, and sugar levels.

Job Details: ​Job Type: Full-time (12-hour shifts / 24-hour live-in care available). ​Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work at client homes). ​Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and shift type). ​Benefits:

Requirements: ​Experience: 0 to 3 years in patient care, nursing assistance, or home care (Freshers with a compassionate nature are welcome). ​Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, or Kannada. ​Integrity: Must be honest, reliable, and patient. ​Documentation: Aadhaar Card and Police Verification are mandatory.
