Role Description The Video Editor & Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for producing high-quality video content and delivering structured training sessions on video production and editing tools. Day-to-day tasks include planning video concepts, editing raw footage, performing color grading, adding motion graphics, and ensuring consistent branding across all visual materials. The role involves creating training materials, conducting online workshops, and mentoring learners on best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

Editor & Trainer collaborates with internal teams to support corporate and technical training programs, contributes to content strategy,



and continuously refines processes based on learner feedback and evolving industry standards.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to manage end-to-end video workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
- Ability to create and work with Graphics for video elements, thumbnails, and training materials.
- Experience delivering training or workshops on video tools and techniques, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Relevant qualification in film, media, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, e-learning content creation, and basic audio editing is an added advantage.
