We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to support a customer-facing sales process . The role involves interacting with customers through Voice-based communication, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in making informed purchase decisions.

Role Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via voice to share product information
- Guide customers through available eyewear options and offers
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Update customer interactions and order details in internal systems
- Work towards assigned sales and productivity benchmarks

Candidate Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Prior exposure to sales or customer interaction roles will be an advantage
- Positive command over English communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Compensation & Work Details

- Monthly salary range: 25,000 -30,000
- Job location: Gurgaon/Noida
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Working pattern: 6 days per week with 1 rotational weekly off
