Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based at Akshara International School in Kismatpur Hyderabad. The teacher will design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include delivering classroom instruction, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive learning workplace.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues on academic planning, participating in school events, and engaging with families to communicate student development.



The teacher is expected to integrate holistic learning approaches that support academic excellence, personal growth, and global awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering curriculum-based instruction to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear classroom instruction, student guidance, and collaboration with families and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, age-appropriate, and outcome-focused learning activities.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support student growth and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field; professional teaching certification is an advantage.
- Experience in CBSE, international, or similar school environments, with a commitment to inclusive and learner-centered teaching.
- Strong classroom management, assessment, and differentiation skills to address varied learning needs.
- Openness to continuous professional development and the integration of technology and innovative pedagogies in teaching.
