Job Summary The Operations / Resort Manager is responsible for the overall management of resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient daily operations, staff supervision, revenue growth, and compliance with company policies. The role oversees all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Guest Relations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily resort operations.

· Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.

· Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.

· Prepare staff schedules and monitor performance.

· Control operational costs and inventory.

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and statutory compliance.





· Coordinate with vendors and support departments.

· Submit daily and monthly operational reports.

Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Experience

- 5+ years in hotel/resort operations.
- 2+ years in a managerial role preferred.
- Experience in luxury resorts or hospitality operations is preferred.
