PURPOSE OF POSITION/JOB

Lead, drive and deliver Civil & Structural Designs for Oil & Gas projects in Engineering Detail Designing services with right strategies, groom & develop right technical and leadership talent, and excel in business performance in a sustainable way.

Responsibilities: -

- Man-hour & cost Estimates, Scheduling, Interaction with Clients
- Execution strategy, Team player, Coordination with Overseas Operating Centre Leads & Project Closures
- Implementing of Work instructions/Work procedures/Work Processes without any deviations.
- Participating in internal/external Technical/ Design Reviews/ Quality, System audits
- Mentoring to the Designers/Freshers.
- Oversight and Leadership, Planning, Development, and execution to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Building positive relationships with Clients, Vendors and Management
- Identification of IT tools and implementation of the same to enhance the Quality/Quantity of engineering deliverables.
- Ensuring technical integrity of all deliverables prepared by Civil Task Force
- Reviewing and implementing Project Document Quality Policy
- Resolving all client comments as and when required
- Reviewing mobilization requirement
- Asserting training needs of the Team periodically and maintaining the same
- Monitoring and recording Lessons Learnt during execution of project.
- Progress monitoring, issuing reports as required to the Project manager.
- Technical guidance to team members, reviewing design/structural drawings/documents as laid down in Quality control plan.




- Continuously improve and build excellence in operations, project planning, performance, schedule, and deliverables with high quality, consistency and in a sustainable way.
- Anticipate business risks from time to time and mitigate with constructive strategies and actions.
- Collaborate & partner with internal stake holders and accomplish business development strategy, business acquisition and presales need.
- Implement performance monitoring, reporting, metrics culture in the team and tools required.
- Conferring with, advising, and documenting recommendations to client management on procedures, policies, problems, priorities, and methods.
- Effectively partner and collaborate with global customers through multiple communication strategies and ensure customer success.
- Accomplish Project Management within budgets, schedules. Organizing teams, resource planning and managing long term and short-term resource demands.
