Climb X Global is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns and help brands achieve measurable growth.

Position: Performance Marketer

Experience: 1+ Year

Location: Akriti Business Center, 4th Floor, 141 Workspace, Bhopal

Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

- Plan and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Manage budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Conduct audience research and campaign testing
- Test ad creatives, copies and audiences
- Track leads and conversions
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team

What We're Looking For:





- 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with budgets and performance targets
- Willingness to learn, test and experiment
