OPEN INTERNSHIP ROLES

- Business Development Intern

Help us identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition Intern

Support our hiring team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building strong talent pipelines for technical and business roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

- Research and identify potential clients across AI, Web3, Blockchain, and emerging technology domains.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Track daily activities and provide regular updates.
- Support business growth initiatives and revenue generation.

Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and job portals.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft and post job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding and recruitment reporting.

WHO SHOULD APPLY ?

- Final-year students or fresh graduates (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, HR, Marketing, or related fields).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn Business Development or Recruitment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Prior internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development is an added advantage.
