Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment. The candidate should have solid expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously and have strong knowledge of IT technologies, Boolean search, job portals, and recruitment processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.

Source candidates through Foundit, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.

Use Boolean search, keyword search, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, domain, location, notice period, and compensation.





Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with candidates and clients.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, and candidate closures.

Coordinate offer release, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and status reports.

Coordinate with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to understand recruitment requirements.

Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Achieve assigned closure, submission, and joining targets.

Maintain a talent pool for frequently hired technical skills.
