Role & responsibilities:
Handling call / queries /requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.
Complaint management & Solving customer grievances.
Applying process / product knowledge in replying to customers.
Looking for sales / Collection / Service background profiles.
Both Fresher and experience can apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Salary: Best in industry+ Bonus + Hikes as per process
Shift Timings: Dayshift (10:00am to 7:00pm)
