Responsibilities

- Review medical records, operative reports, and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure accurate coding for surgical procedures and diagnoses.
- Follow client-specific coding guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards.
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
- Handle complex surgical cases with minimal supervision.

2. ENM Medical Coder

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Specialty: ENM + Cardio

Salary: 55,000 60,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Review physician documentation for accurate E/M and diagnosis coding.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
- Apply E/M and Cardiology coding guidelines accurately.
- Ensure coding compliance and documentation accuracy.




- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Resolve coding-related discrepancies and complex cases.

3.Team Lead / Senior Roles

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary:Up to 12 LPA
