Stone Lodges is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations / Resort Manager to lead our resort operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Drive guest satisfaction and effectively resolve guest concerns.

• Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, Security, and Guest Relations .

- Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance.
- Control operational costs, inventory, and resources.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and support departments.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly operational reports.

? Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality .

? Experience





• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel/resort operations.

• 2+ years in a managerial role preferred.

• Experience in luxury resorts or premium hospitality operations is an advantage.
