Job Role: Turtlemint - Sales Executive Health & Life Insurance
Location: Virar West, Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Sales Executives with a background in Health or Life Insurance. The role involves driving sales, managing partner relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Health and Life Insurance products to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in policy selection
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Health or Life Insurance sales (Mandatory)
- Education:
HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Experience in partner management will be an added advantage
