Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
- Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
- Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows




- Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live

Skills and attributes for success

- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Required Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience with solid Service Cloud expertise
- Visualforce development experience
- Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills
