Recruitment Trainee

Experience: Fresh Graduate / Fresher

Perfect for graduates looking to start their career in Recruitment & HR.

What you'll do:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Learn and support end-to-end recruitment

We’re looking for: Good English communication, confidence, willingness to learn and a people-oriented mindset.

Junior Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 year

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment activities and supporting the team in closing positions efficiently.

What you'll do:

- Handle sourcing and screening for multiple vacancies
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview rounds and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination

We’re looking for: 1+ year of recruitment experience, strong communication,



good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Senior Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 3 years

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can own the hiring process, not just fill vacancies.

What you'll do:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
- Manage recruitment targets and hiring timelines
- Partner with managers to understand hiring requirements
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
- Mentor junior recruiters and trainees
- Drive candidate experience from sourcing to joining

We’re looking for: 3+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, negotiation skills and a proven ability to close positions.
