Key Responsibilities-

- Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned campaigns.
- Explain services and collect required information accurately.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update call details and reports in the system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.




- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)..
