Process: Chat Process / Back Office (Non-Voice)

Working Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs per week

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Salary Package

Freshers: Up to 23,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: Up to 30,000 per month

Interview & Selection Rounds

HR Round (Voice & Accent / VNA assessment)

Versant Writing Test (VWT) (Required Score: 6 - 7)

Operations Round (Includes Typing Speed Test)

Candidate Requirements & Skills

Strong written English communication skills.

Positive typing speed and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and handle customer chats efficiently.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational days off.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
