Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC per month

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Minimum 1 yr

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Seller Support Executive with excellent written English communication skills to provide support to sellers through Email and Chat channels. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving seller queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through Email and Chat support.
- Candidates should have experience of Ecommerce into Business to Business.
- Assist sellers with account-related issues, product listings, order management, payments, and platform policies.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required.




- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and productivity targets.
- Deliver an excellent seller experience through professional communication.

Requirements

- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in Email Process, Chat Process, Customer Support, Seller Support, or E-commerce Operations will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
