Global Healthcare Billing Partners Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AR Caller Team Coordinator to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, denial management, claim follow-up, and team coordination within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the AR Calling team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims.
- Track team productivity, quality, and collections performance.
- Resolve complex claim issues and escalations.
- Analyze claim trends and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of AR activities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue cycle goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on payer-specific requirements and claim resolution.

Required Skills

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Medical Billing (Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing).
- Strong knowledge of AR Calling, Denial Management, Appeals, and Insurance Follow-up.
- Experience in handling US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes.
- Good communication, analytical, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
