JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and attract candidates for Delivery Associate positions
- Visit local areas and connect with potential candidates
- Promote job opportunities through local networks and referrals
- Explain job roles, salary, incentives, and benefits
- Collect candidate details and coordinate with the HR team
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
- Build and maintain a strong local candidate network

REQUIREMENTS
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- Own 2-Wheeler is Mandatory
- Valid Driving Licence
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field travel
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
