Position: Content Moderator

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Content Moderation Experience

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Content Moderation experience
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to review and moderate online content according to defined policies and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities




- Review and moderate user-generated content.
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and take appropriate action on policy-violating content.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases as per process guidelines.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and accuracy targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all company policies.

Salary Up to 6.5 LPA

Salary will depend on experience, interview performance, and the selected process.
