Yatharth Group of Hospitals is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Branding professionals at AM / DM / Manager level for our units at:

Model Town, Delhi

Faridabad Sector 20

The selected candidate will be centrally managed by the Corporate Branding & Marketing Team and will be responsible for executing the branding and marketing agenda at the respective unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the hospital's branding and communication strategy at the unit level.
- Plan and execute BTL activities, on-ground activations, events, campaigns, and hospital promotions.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Branding & Marketing team for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Manage internal and external branding across the hospital premises, including signage, displays, standees, posters, digital screens, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, printers, and other external partners.
- Support doctor branding, specialty promotions, CMEs, health camps, awareness campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Yatharth brand identity across all unit-level touchpoints.




- Work closely with hospital departments to understand business requirements and execute relevant branding initiatives.
- Support local marketing initiatives aimed at increasing OPD/IPD footfall and specialty visibility.
- Monitor local market and competitor activities and provide insights to the Corporate team.
- Manage branding budgets, vendor performance, campaign execution, and timelines.
- Maintain regular MIS and reporting of branding activities and campaign outcomes.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–8 years in Branding / Marketing / Healthcare Marketing / Advertising Agency.
- Designation Level: AM / DM / Manager
- Experience in hospital/healthcare branding and marketing will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of BTL, ATL, on-ground activations, events, and offline/online branding.
- Strong vendor and agency management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, creativity, and execution skills.
- Ability to work closely with both Unit teams and Corporate Branding & Marketing.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the local market will be preferred.
