Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring. You will be a key player in scaling our teams and maintaining our high standards of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including technical and non-technical roles.
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company database.
- Facilitate the rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining offer engagement.




- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate transition.
- Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline; specialization in HR is preferred.
- 1 - 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi)
- Proficient in MS Office and commonly used recruitment tools/portals
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines independently
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented approach
