We are expanding our sales team and are looking for ambitious High-Ticket Sales Closers who can confidently convert qualified international prospects into paying clients.

COMMISSION

Earn Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 Per Client Closed

Closers will earn Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 in commission for every client successfully closed.

The more clients you close, the more you earn.

3 clients closed: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000

5 clients closed: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000

10 clients closed: Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 1,50,000

There is no fixed salary for this role. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

You will be working with international prospects and businesses, giving you the opportunity to gain real-world experience in global high-ticket sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct sales calls with qualified international prospects.

Understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.

Present ScaleDigiHub's services and solutions.

Handle objections and confidently move prospects toward a decision.

Build trust and establish strong relationships with potential clients.

Close high-ticket deals and achieve monthly sales targets.





Follow up with prospects who are not ready to close immediately.

Maintain accurate records of prospects, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve closing rates.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in high-ticket sales or closing is preferred.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Confidence speaking with international clients.

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Ability to take a prospect from discovery to close.

Highly motivated by performance and commissions.

Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.

Professional communication and follow-up skills.

Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
