About the Role

CogniAI Advanced Research Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a knowledgeable and talented Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to support our team in developing innovative healthcare RCM solutions.

The ideal candidate must have a basic understanding of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM process and strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: Prior Authorization, Denial Management, or Medical Coding.

This role is ideal for someone who can provide real-world process insights, workflows, challenges, and practical suggestions to help our product and technology teams develop an effective and practical RCM solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a basic understanding of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM process.
- Have solid practical knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Prior Authorization
- Denial Management
- Medical Coding
- Provide insights into real-world RCM workflows, processes, challenges, and exceptions.
- Work closely with the product, engineering, and AI teams to help translate real-world RCM processes into system requirements and workflows.
- Identify common process gaps, challenges, and opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Support the development team by sharing practical use cases and real-world scenarios.




- Review proposed RCM workflows and provide suggestions based on practical industry experience.
- Contribute domain knowledge to help build practical, accurate, and effective RCM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Basic knowledge of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM process.
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Prior Authorization
- Denial Management
- Medical Coding
- Ability to explain real-world processes and workflows clearly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify process challenges and provide practical suggestions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems, practice management systems, or RCM tools will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a candidate who understands how RCM processes work in the real-world healthcare environment and can share valuable practical insights with our team.

The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge in at least one core area—Prior Authorization, Denial Management, or Medical Coding—and should be able to help us understand the actual workflows, challenges, decision-making processes, and opportunities for improvement.

Their domain expertise will play an important role in helping us develop a practical and effective Healthcare RCM solution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
