Job Summary

We are looking for Automation Testing professionals with 3-16 years of experience in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Facets (Mandatory), Automation Testing, SQL, and Azure DevOps (ADO) with hands-on experience in at least one of the healthcare functional areas listed below.

3. Integration & Interoperability Testing
- REST/SOAP API Testing




- ESB/Middleware Validation
- CRM/IVR Testing
- FHIR R4, HL7
- SQL, ADO

4. Encounter & EDI Testing
- Encounter Data Processing and Reconciliation
- X12 EDI: 837P/I/D, 277CA, 999, TA1
- Edifecs or Similar EDI Validation Tools
- TOSCA / Robot Framework

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute automated test scripts and test scenarios.
- Validate healthcare business workflows, EDI transactions, APIs, and database data.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, and Product teams in Agile environments.

Additional Expectations for 8-16 Years Candidates

- Lead QA activities, test strategy, and automation initiatives.
- Mentor team members and review test deliverables.
- Drive test planning, estimation, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure end-to-end quality across complex healthcare payer programs.
