Role Description This full-time, on-site Healthcare HR Recruiter role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on hiring skilled healthcare professionals to support Lifetime Health’s home-care services. The Healthcare HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining talent pipelines for physiotherapists, nurses, lab technicians, and care coordinators, and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.



The recruiter will also handle candidate communication, provide a positive candidate experience, maintain recruitment records and metrics, and support employer branding initiatives. Collaboration with HR and operations teams to align workforce planning with service demand is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Healthcare Staffing and Hiring, particularly for clinical and home-care roles.
- Strong Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, local labor regulations, and recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; prior experience in healthcare recruitment is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
