Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month for 6 months probation

Post-Probation: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month based on productivity and performance

About HiWox

HiWox is building a next-generation HealthTech platform focused on preventive healthcare, AI-powered health intelligence, and holistic wellness through the 9 Dimensions of Wellness .

We are looking for a proactive healthcare professional who can work directly with clients, healthcare professionals, and communities to help execute HiWox's wellness programs and build its healthcare network in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Consulting & Wellness Programs

- Consult and coordinate with clients enrolled in HiWox wellness programs.
- Understand client requirements and support them throughout their wellness journey.
- Track client progress, follow-ups, participation, and program outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, psychologists, and other consultants involved in the program.
- Ensure smooth execution of HiWox's 9 Dimensions of Wellness framework with clients.

1. Healthcare Partnerships & Networking

- Identify and approach doctors, consultants, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals across Bhubaneswar.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Onboard relevant professionals into the HiWox network.
- Approach doctors and experts for podcasts, interviews, webinars, workshops, events, and strategic collaborations .
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and conversion of potential collaborations.

1. Events, Webinars & Community Programs

- Organize and conduct wellness events, workshops, webinars,



health awareness sessions, and community activities.
- Coordinate speakers, healthcare professionals, venues, participants, and logistics.
- Host or moderate wellness sessions, expert discussions, and webinars.
- Represent HiWox at partner locations, institutions, communities, and offline events.
- Support content creation from events, expert sessions, and client activities.

Who Should Apply?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Psychology, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, consulting, community engagement, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication and networking skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, doctors, healthcare professionals, and senior stakeholders.

Must Have
- Healthcare/medical background is mandatory.
- Must currently be located in Patia, Bhubaneswar , or be willing to relocate immediately.
- Comfortable with local travel and field work across Bhubaneswar.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment.

- Client engagement and successful program execution.




- Client follow-ups and progress tracking.
- Number and quality of healthcare professionals approached and onboarded.
- Podcasts, webinars, workshops, and expert collaborations successfully organized.
- Events and community sessions conducted.
- Overall ownership, productivity, and contribution to HiWox's growth.

Compensation & Growth First 6 months: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month probation.

After 6 months: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month based on productivity, ownership, and performance.

Exceptional performers can take on greater responsibility across healthcare partnerships, wellness programs, community building, and business development .

You will be directly involved in client consulting, healthcare partnerships, events, community building, and execution of HiWox's wellness programs .
